Treatment Services
Our Treatment Unit is a fully licensed provider of outpatient services for individuals experiencing with substance abuse/addiction or problem gambling issues.
We are here to help! Whether you have insurance or not, if you are a Fayette County resident, we can provide treatment.

Our services include:

Individual counseling and assessment.*

Group Counseling*
-
Family / couple counseling * (including help for those in relationships with someone using or abusing substances)

Urine drug screens
* these services are offered on an outpatient basis (up to 4 hour/week)
Other services available include:

Comprehensive medical exam completed by our staff Physician

Interview with a Nurse to discuss personal medical history

Referrals to other Fayette County agencies

Referrals to halfway houses and inpatient treatment facilities

problems associated with substance abuse and / or gambling

are involved with a person abusing substances and / or gambling

are experiencing problems that are a result of past substance abuse and / or gambling

have a need for counseling & drug testing.
Some of the referral sources for treatment include:

Self-referrals
-
Court-ordered (DUI, probation, parole)

Aftercare referrals from detox or rehabilitation

Employee Assistance Programs

Adolescent services (from CYS, Probation, placement facilities, schools, SAP, family)
Priority scheduling is offered to:
• Pregnant women who inject drugs
• Pregnant women who use substances
• Persons who inject drugs
• Overdose survivors
• Veterans
