FCDAC can provide residents of Fayette County PA,     a free Narcan kit.
You may pick it up at our office, or have the kit mailed to your home after you complete this request form.  
The information you provide will be kept confidential. 
We will send a confirmation email to the email address provided once the Narcan kit is ready.
